- Either party, Offshore Employee or the client can terminate the virtual employee contract by giving 2-week notice in writing to the other party.
- As a client, if you like, we will provide you a more extended notice period for termination of the contract. We will accommodate the request (T&C applies) and need the same notice period of equal duration from the client’s end.
- We will use any outstanding money as credit for the next employee if you want to replace the current employee (we replace employee only on the justifiable, legitimate grounds, and not otherwise.
- We will not return any amount to you in case you withdraw the project for any reason.
P.S. All these conditions will be applicable only if you communicate your concern or dispute with our hired staff in the first week of employment. After this period, the applicable notice will be valid to terminate the services without any refund.
